We paid for three guests but were given a small room for only two, with nothing provided for the third person. The rooms, bathroom, blanket, and bedsheet were dirty, and there was no towel or soap. Staff were rude, and although the building has a lift, they kept it switched off. Oyo shouldn't let its standards drop this far. I don't recommend it.

They refused to let me check in because I'd booked through Oyo. The taxi ride here cost me money and the trip wasted my time. This reception is a scam, don't book here.

This place is by Ashram Chowk, not near Lotus temple. The listing gives the wrong location.
