The Pearl - A Royal Residency

The front desk staff provided great service, and the teamwork showed in how smoothly everything was coordinated. Having room service available 24 hours added to my comfort. The hotel is close to the metro, with yummy food nearby. Loved staying here, and I highly recommend Hotel the pearl.

Our first stay here was enjoyable. The hotel was hygienic, the location was good and easy to reach from the metro, and we liked the amenities. The hotel was good, and the food was delicious.

We booked a Premium Room for five days at Hotel Pearl Place, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, by phone with Naveen, paying in advance for three adults in one room. We were looking forward to the central location near the metro and markets. At check-in, staff said the promised premium room wasn’t available and that we’d get it later. Naveen then denied that promise and made us accept a much lower category room. When we objected, he became aggressive and seemed ready to argue or even fight. That was shocking. The room was tiny and cramped, and the old bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets had blood spots and stray hairs all over them. It felt unhygienic and unsafe. We couldn’t bear it and checked out after barely an hour, but they kept a huge amount from our advance instead of giving a proper refund. Naveen acted arrogantly, as if the property were some luxury like the Taj Hotel, though it’s far from that. This rude attitude gives Delhi hotels a bad name. If you’re looking in Karol Bagh, I’d avoid Hotel Pearl Place. There are better budget options nearby with honest staff and clean rooms. Save yourself the hassle, lost money and stress.

The location made it easy to get to local attractions and transport, whether visiting for work or leisure. What stood out was the hospitality: staff were attentive, responded promptly to requests and showed genuine concern for guests. From our arrival they greeted us warmly, made check-in seamless and helped us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Hotel the pearl in karol bagh, New Delhi comes highly recommended.
