Ramesh Kumar Yadav made our stay seamless with attentive, proactive help and genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out. He anticipated what we might need, gave thoughtful recommendations, and handled requests efficiently and courteously. His warm manner and professionalism made a real difference. The food had an impressive range, with local and regional flavors prepared with care. Breakfast was a satisfying start, with fresh options and prompt service. Staff throughout the hotel, from the front desk to housekeeping, were courteous, professional, helpful, and ready to assist. Our room was airy, comfortable, and well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness and decor that balanced modern amenities with a soothing feel. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing.

We stayed with my family for two days. The restaurant manager helped us celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and that made our day ♥️. But there were cockroaches all around the hotel, so pest control is needed. At the spa, I asked for a catalogue because I wanted to book treatments for all nine of us. It listed a foot spa, but Nikki at the Spa’s reception said it wasn’t available. I asked about other spa options, which started at 3500/-. She then began arguing that we were wasting her time, said she wouldn’t entertain us because we had kids, and also said she didn’t provide services to women. Asking what products are used is an obvious concern when you have allergies, and we were staying at the hotel, so there was no reason to leave the kids behind. Everything she said felt irrelevant, rude, and disrespectful. Politeness is basic. I hope Hotel management discusses this and gives NIKKI proper guidance to speak more gently and treat visitors respectfully. We spend precious time hoping to make good memories, not to have arguments like this.

The breakfast was included and had a wide choice of 10-15 items, from South Indian and North Indian food to tea and coffee. The vegetarian options were especially good, though the hotel also serves non-vegetarian food, which may not suit some guests given the devotional nature of the location. Food quality was very good. Staff were outstanding, polite, helpful, and attentive. They offer complimentary luggage pick-up and drop, two complimentary water bottles, and big free parking. We booked five deluxe rooms through MakeMyTrip in January 2026 for ₹10,300. With a listed tariff of ₹4,500 per room, that was exceptional value. Hygiene was excellent too. When we asked for a bedsheet change in one room, staff responded immediately. The property is compact with no open area, but looks impressive inside and out, with a rich, well-maintained ambience and a courteous, welcoming reception team. We booked five rooms: three were quite good, while two fell short. Rooms are on the small side, around 120-150 sq. ft., though the washrooms were clean and well maintained. A pleasant stay with great service, hygiene, food, and value. More room size and consistency would improve it further.

The bedding had stray hairs, and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. Several rooms had a severe cockroach infestation, and cockroaches had spread into the kitchens too, creating health, food contamination, and safety risks for guests. Management was attentive about other matters and tried to address the problem, but their fixes dealt with the symptoms rather than the root cause. To me, this points to systematic negligence and a reckless disregard for hygiene, hospitality, and guests’ health.
