SPOT ON 71156 Hotel Jaybee's

I booked a room through the Oyo app on 24 January 2024, but the owner refused to give it to me after asking what price I had paid. He was very rude, and I didn't feel safe speaking with him. That's a serious issue for guests. I complained, and a customer support officer tried to help, but they couldn't find a suitable hotel at the price I'd booked. I had to stay somewhere, so I asked to cancel and refund the booking so I could arrange a place myself. It was cancelled and I received Rs. 1111/-, which was Rs. 99 less than the amount I was owed. Rs. 99 isn't a lot, but under those circumstances I shouldn't have had to pay it. This wasn't my fault. Oyo Fagship 7156 Hotel Jaybee's showed a very unprofessional and greedy attitude towards hospitality, affecting both its reputation and guest safety. This could happen to anyone, and it's unacceptable. Don't book here, and please stay safe. People this greedy could do anything for money.

It's a couple-friendly hotel right in the main market, with clean rooms and very good staff. The room itself was clean too. My only issue was the Oyo price: it showed less when I booked, but at the hotel I had to pay a total of 1000/-, which wasn't what Oyo had agreed.

It's on the second floor with no lift, and both the rooms and food are average. Room service was terrible. Still, if you're planning a budget stay, it's a value-for-money hotel.

The room was decent enough. Since the hotel is registered with OYO, I booked one night on the app for 450 rupees. When we arrived, the receptionist asked us for another 600 rupees, saying they hadn't received the OYO booking because of some issue between them. They also serve meals. I ordered a veg thali for 100 rupees, and it was really bad.
