We’re really missing the people and this place. Balu chetan, Clinton sir, John, and the woman at reception all treated us with warmth and respect, and the staff were outstanding. The rooms were clean and tidy, in a good location, with a lovely view. If you’re visiting Kodaikanal, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. Sareesh chandran

The manager was very helpful and even helped us cook for our one-year-old baby. The facilities were average overall. Everything worked, but the curtains let in the morning sun, and the bathroom repair work looked poorly finished. The first impression wasn’t great.

Mr. Clinton, the General Manager, was especially hospitable. His professional yet warm manner made the stay more pleasant. The room was comfortable and lovely, and breakfast was very good, with a nice range of options. Highly recommend!

After days out sightseeing, it was nice to return to clean, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The hotel has a peaceful, calm atmosphere, which made our trip more enjoyable. It’s also conveniently located near the lake, within walking distance of the city center and other major attractions. The staff were polite, courteous and professional. Thank you SBI Chennai Circle for offering us such a wonderful stay at Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn, Kodaikanal.

We left a used kettle behind when we went out, and the cleaning staff washed it thoroughly without being asked. The service was better than expected, and the staff were very polite. A good hotel for a peaceful trip.
