The Neemaya Hotel

I stayed for 16 days, from 31st Aug to 15th Sep 2025, and it felt peaceful and welcoming, like a home away from home. Hygiene and cleanliness were maintained in the rooms and common areas. The service stayed consistently good, with quick replies to requests and thoughtful attention to detail. The food was good, and the staff were courteous, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciate Mr. Vikash and Rakesh for their personal attention and service.

I was so comfortable at Hotel Neemaya, Gandhidham for those 3 days that I actually wondered why I had to go home. The food was delicious enough to make me question my own cooking, and the chef, reception team, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. They treated me like a VIP, almost a celebrity. 10/10, I’d happily check in again and maybe accidentally forget to check out. Highly recommended!

Bad experience, definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. I had an MMC package, but dinner was disappointing. Since staff knew it was prepaid, their behavior was very rude. I reached at 10:10 pm and was told to eat before 10:30 pm, while other hotels allow dinner until 11:00. I went down at 10:20, but many items were already gone; they just casually said the food was finished. They seemed more interested in getting my room number for their bill records than serving me. Staff were sitting at reception and didn’t offer to take my luggage to the room. They all acted like slackers and danglers.

Housekeeping Manager Gurmeet Singh did an excellent job supervising and paying attention to the details, and the cleanliness and comfort really stood out. My room was spotless and well maintained throughout my visit. Staff were polite and helpful, and made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neemaya, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
