The manager helped make our visit memorable, and we’ll be back soon. Staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the amenities were excellent. Great value and location. Highly recommended, 5/5!

The hotel is close to MG Marg, which was the only real plus. It’s an old property and not worth what they charge. We stayed two days during our Sikkim trip, and restaurant service was pathetic. Both mornings we had to wait for breakfast, the buffet choices were limited, and despite having a suite, we weren’t given toiletries. They also have no power backup.

The hotel is close to MG Marg, but tucked far enough inside that you’re away from the busy area’s hustle and bustle.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend a bit extra and book somewhere else. It’s very old and the service is awful. The only good thing is that it’s in the middle of MG Marg. You might as well spend the night in the market instead of in the room. We stayed two nights with family and had a bad experience. Breakfast was especially frustrating, we waited about 15 minutes for one piece of bread, and they didn’t provide the items we needed. Please don’t get breakfast here.

Being close to MG road means there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I’d skip the hotel meal plan. If you do book it, you may have to follow up, and the available choices might not be what you expected. The family room was very comfortable and offered good privacy, and the location was very good.
