The room had plenty of space, and the grounds were calm. It was clean and hygienic too. We planned to eat out, so I didn't try the food, though they do serve meals at limited times. It's right in the market center, as the name Center Point Residency suggests. Ganpatipule temple is a 20-minute walk, as are Konkan prachin museum and magic garden. The staff were helpful and can arrange rental bikes and autos. I'd recommend staying here.

The property is in a beautiful natural setting, and it was peaceful enough to relax. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our pleasant stay. A few things could be better: rooms should be cleaned more regularly, ideally every day, and bike rental charges need to be clearer and more reasonable. Not having food service on site was inconvenient too. It's a nice place for the location and the supportive staff, but those changes would improve the stay.

The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were generous. We stayed six people to a room, with just one bathroom, so plan accordingly. There are other room options, and the location was decent. It's very close to Bhakt Niwas, Konkan museum, Ganpatipule beach, and Malgund beach.

We found it clean and safe for girls, and the location was convenient, near Ganpatipule mandir. The balcony has a lovely view. The owner was helpful, and the food was delicious, with a pure Kokan-style taste. A good place to stay, recommended for everyone.

The area is quiet and pleasant, close to the market and temple. Rooms are clean and spacious for an affordable price, and the staff are cooperative. Autos and rental bikes are available. Hot water is only available for two hours, from 6 to 8 am. The beds can be uncomfortable.
