My trip plans were completely disrupted because they cancelled my booking without telling me. I didn’t know about the cancellation and went to the hotel to check in, but they turned me away. When I contacted the manager, he was rude and told me to call Agoda and claim a refund. Seriously, is that an acceptable response? A miserable experience, all because of their negligence.

The owner was helpful and the rooms are good. It’s in the city, so if you want a secure place instead of staying at a resort in the jungle, definitely consider it.
