Google made me choose a rating to post, though this place doesn't deserve even one. They’re taking advantage of travellers. The rooms don’t match the photos, and the attendant and receptionist were drunk. They asked for a ₹500 deposit while pressuring guests to leave a 5-star rating regardless of the service. There was no security, no cleanliness, and no good service. I don’t feel this is a safe place to stay.

Please don't stay here. The service and rooms were very bad, and the behaviour was awful. He came straight into the room without asking permission. I’m giving it a low rating, and I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I found the staff welcoming and supportive when I visited, and the rooms were clean, sanitized, and well maintained. It was worth every penny. One of Gondia’s best hotels, in my view. Highly recommended.

I stayed in May 2019, during summer. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s close to the railway station, and there are no restaurant facilities, but nearby you can easily find all kinds of food, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, snacks, fruit, and more. Rooms come with AC, non-AC, or a cooler. It’s a bit costly, though it’s one of the best hotels in Gondia. Best advice is to call ahead and ask for the details before staying.

The staff and owner were so disrespectful, and there were bed bugs all over the bed. They even kept a 500 advance from clients and pressured them to leave a good review. The worst place I’ve visited, and a terrible experience.
