Hotel Sai Grand

The rates are reasonable, the rooms are good, and room service is available. There’s an attached restaurant with North Indian food, but no South Indian thali, tea, or coffee. The pulka and palak paneer tasted good; the mixed vegetable curry was very spicy, and the curd rice was somewhat better. It’s an excellent hotel.

Viceroy Biryani is right next door, so be sure to try it. I was comfortable and satisfied during my stay, and the staff were helpful, even late at night. Thanks for the lovely service. 🙂

The only thing I found grand was the old-fashioned lift. The bathroom was awful, and there were different kinds of insects on the bed. I’d give this zero stars if that were an option, so I gave one. Don’t be fooled by the name.

The rooms weren’t clean and the toilet was in terrible shape. This was the worst experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t stay here even if it were free, and I don’t think it deserves a single star.
