I spent about ten days here while in Gwalior for work. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the staff were hospitable. They handled day-to-day requests for laundry, food, cleaning, and other room service. The restaurant on the top floor had good-tasting food, but it was slow and didn’t offer fast food. We waited at least half an hour for a meal. Still, I had a good stay overall 😊

There’s separate parking for your car, and it’s a good place to stay, but the cleaning wasn’t satisfactory and room service was average. I’m not sure about the food they serve, so I preferred not to eat with Vedas. If they cleaned the rooms properly, this would be a five out of five.

People generally consider the rates fair, and I found the facilities and service very good. I’ve visited many times, including for an official lunch and a marriage party in the basement hall. It’s right on the main road, on the way from the railway station or Gwalior Bus stand toward Bhind Road. A customer-friendly hotel overall.

The rooms are a decent size, which is the one thing that earned a star. We had no hot water, and calling management didn’t get it fixed. The AC wasn’t working properly either. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30am. At the restaurant, staff said there was no buffet, just one dish. They’d mentioned 3-4 dishes earlier, but when we asked for those, they said only one was available. The room was average, but service for food and basic amenities was pathetic. I’ve attached pictures of the restaurant that serves just one dish.

The rooftop is the main draw here, with a nice view of Gwalior, and the reception has a very good interior. The staff are good, and they serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The place is in Pinto Park, Maharajpura, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, close to Malu Sales and easy to spot from Pinto Park Chowraha.
