The rooms and bathrooms need repairs, and the quality wasn’t up to standard. The AC didn’t work at all, so we had to keep the fans running the whole time. We also waited 1.3 hours to get in because the manager had gone out to offer namaz. The rooms were empty, so another staff member could have let us in.
The location is convenient, but the property isn’t being kept clean. There was lots of dust in the bathroom, a condom packet and other things, and cockroaches in the room. The sheets weren’t clean either, and the rooms were just okay, not very good. There’s a temple opposite, so it was noisy in the morning. I stayed one day, and for a short visit it might do, but it’s not for people who care about cleanliness. Complaining to customer support won’t change anything. This is a genuine review.
The staff were rude, and getting hot water took three trips to reception before anyone responded. The rooms are old, and there’s no lift. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for elderly people visiting lv Prasad eye hospital.
They kept asking for money as if we were going to leave without paying, and the people were very rude. They also charged more than the website booking price. Our bedsheets were stained and dirty.
I only stayed because I had no other option, and it was one of the worst OYO rooms I’ve been in. The balcony was full of garbage, though surprisingly the bathroom was pretty clean. The room itself was old and poorly maintained. The pillows and sheets were very dirty, even if the covers had been cleaned. We paid 1500 for a room for three, which wasn’t worth it at all.
