Fabhotel Ss Inn

We lost a wallet and asked the staff about it. They said they knew nothing, although a cleaning boy told us he’d handed it to reception. Management never gave us a clear answer. They blamed the manager being on leave, but that’s no excuse. After we’d paid in full on arrival, the hotel called our Guruji and asked them to come in and “settle” things. It was embarrassing and shameful. We had booked 10 rooms two months ahead for our Tripadi Pariwar program and were stuck there for 3 days because everything was prepaid. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, basic facilities were missing, and the place was extremely unhygienic. Service was poor, staff unprofessional, management awful. Please don’t book this property.

After an 18-hour trip, I arrived about half an hour before check-in. Reception said check-in began at 11:00 AM, but the staff member refused to let me in until 12:00 PM because he was sleeping. I had to book another hotel. Skip this place if you’re going on holiday.

We were left waiting outside for almost an hour because they only started cleaning the rooms after we arrived. During our 3-day booking, the bedsheets and towels were never changed. The rooms smelled bad and had no ventilation, and there was no cleaning or staff available. It was an unhygienic stay with unprofessional management. Don’t book this property.

We got there at 11 pm and the rooms weren’t ready. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom, and after we asked, they gave us one pouch of Clinic Plus and a tube of moisturizer. We only got one water bottle, and the towel they brought after we asked was dirty. The hotel was locked at night. We had an early flight the next morning, but the man who was sleeping wouldn’t wake up despite repeated requests. This hotel doesn’t meet FAB’s standards.
