Oyo 37676 Hotel Neelkanth

My experience here was the worst. They said paying by UPI would cost extra, and when I asked why, they spoke rudely.

The staff were excellent, and the service was good quality. The hotel was clean and good.

The geyser was the only thing that worked properly. The AC may or may not work, depending on your luck, and the fan only runs at one speed because the regulator doesn’t work. The bathroom leaks, with a hand faucet and a shower that’s detached. The rooms smell bad, despite the white bedsheets, which had a couple of holes. When my family and I mentioned the smell, the staff said they couldn’t smell anything. They also asked what I wanted AC for since it was cold, and told me to leave the fan speed alone because I had a blanket and needed to sleep. Then they still had the nerve to ask for tips, saying they’d been working hard. I’d only book here if I wanted a very uncomfortable stay. I don’t recommend it.

I travel more than 100 nights a year for business, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were incredibly responsive and there whenever I needed anything. The location is great, and the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and had everything I could need.
