Treebo Premium Vinnie - Near Airport

During my recent two day stay, housekeeping left the room only superficially arranged after I had requested cleaning each morning. Used towels stayed in the room. There wasn't even a doormat on the first day; only after I called reception did they bring one, towels, and a water bottle. A sanitary pad cover was already in the bathroom, which suggests it had not been properly cleaned before I checked in. These housekeeping standards were disappointing and unacceptable, and I ask that the service be improved immediately. The breakfast was another serious problem. Despite my corporate booking at a premium hotel, I was told that an LPG shortage meant they couldn't arrange a proper breakfast. The restaurant runs normally at night, so I don't find that explanation acceptable. I had a similar issue at this hotel last year, with no sign of improvement. Today there wasn't a single proper main course option. Staff took time after I asked them to arrange something, but offered no solution; later I was told only limited items were available. They offered fruit and a sandwich, and the sandwich was extremely poor and unacceptable. I took a picture and will share it for reference. This is not the service I expect from a premium hotel, especially as a corporate guest. Please take both issues seriously and ensure they don't happen again.
