The trouble started with the service. We asked for tea at 7:00 AM, then again the next morning, and were told the kitchen only opened at 9:00 AM. We ended up going to a nearby café both times. When the power went out, they also charged us to run the generator, and attempts to discuss our concerns turned into needless arguments. The owner’s response when we reached out felt casual and dismissive. Before we booked, the staff had seemed welcoming and keen to have us stay, so the actual experience was a letdown. The staff were uncooperative, and the general attitude felt rude and indifferent. The hospitality and service fell far short of what had been promised. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The peaceful setting around Limbo Hotel and Café in Sojha (Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh) and those valley views made this an amazing stay. The owner and staff were welcoming and cooperative, and the food was great too. There’s also a fantastic club at the property. A lovely choice if you want scenery, quiet surroundings, and warm hospitality.

The rooms were decent, the food okay, and the location perfect, but the service was so bad that after a couple of hours you may feel like checking out. We were 14 bikers staying for two days, and after group stays across multiple states, this was THE WORST. They don't value guests at all. I would never recommend it.

Evenings on the rooftop café were lovely, and the food was delicious. I loved how cozy the rooms felt, with breathtaking mountain views waiting just behind the curtains. The hospitality was great too, a really comfortable stay with scenery to match.

The hosts were kind and helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable during our visit. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, so the stay felt relaxing. The place was clean and cozy, with a warm, welcoming feel. It really did feel like a home away from home.
