We stayed for 1 night, and it was a very bad experience. The rooms and sheets were very dirty, and the bathrooms were also dirty and poorly maintained. The front desk people were rude and ignored our complaints. We had to fight to get the sheets changed, and without clean sheets, a good night's sleep was impossible. I can't find the photos I took of the sheets. I wouldn't recommend this place to families or even bachelors.

Don't choose raman palace for a stay, especially with family. It's a low-class, third-grade hotel, full of dust and seemingly never cleaned. The dining hall was unhygienic, the AC didn't work properly, and there was no room service.

The owner was very humble and cooperative, and the service was good. Rooms were clean, and the location is great, close to tourist spots and the market. Overall, a very good hotel.

The rooms were good quality, but the hotel owner cheated us by charging a huge extra margin for the travel car rent. We booked the car through the hotel for sightseeing and a Jaisalmair trip, and were charged way too much. This is very sad.

Staff and food were good. The bathroom had no hot water, and there was a blockage in the pipeline. December -2024
