The rooms were clean and the beds tidy, and the hotel itself is good. But the staff were a mess. Don't expect hotel-level service from them, and your holiday may go great. The people working at the property don't seem to know what hospitality means.
The room and bathroom were very clean, and the place is close to town with plenty of good hotels nearby. Delivery service is available, and they offer homemade food and special packages. We chose one with taxi service, spa, and food, and it was very budget friendly. The staff and service were great, and manager Lukuman was friendly and very helpful. Thank you deluxe residency 🥰👍
Sunil, the caretaker, was welcoming, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and excellent service made the stay even better. Hotel Deluxe Residency was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient, only a 450-500 meter walk from the bus station and main market. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to the area, with its cozy rooms and great service.
