Cockroaches were crawling over the bed at bedtime, and when we reported them, the owner denied there was a problem, saying they cared about hygiene and did regular pest control. He sprayed a chemical, and insects came out of the mattress. We asked to switch rooms. He first refused, then agreed after I made a video of the cockroaches. The same thing happened in the next room. He said it was because cold air from the AC brought the insects out, and suggested switching it off. By then it was midnight, so we asked for naphthalene balls to let us sleep. The owner told us to order them from Blinkit. It was a terrifying, horrible experience. My wife and I had been looking for a hotel when the owner and his father approached us with sweet smiles and polite behavior, inviting us to see the rooms. The room was cramped, and I wanted to leave, but the owner insisted, so we booked for two days. After I paid in full, his behavior changed and he acted casually. There were no toiletries or towels. After we asked, he finally provided one towel for the two of us to use for two days. We're vegetarian and ordered from a pure vegetarian restaurant. The owner said we could eat in the room, but only sitting on the floor, because previous customers had stained the supposedly very clean bedsheets. Please sleep on the footpath if you have to, but don't stay here.
