On my second visit in 2025, the room I was first assigned had serious hygiene problems. I noticed bed bugs and developed rashes after a day. When I reported it, the staff promptly changed the sheets and tried to put things right. I appreciate how kind and responsive they were, though cleanliness needs more attention. My 2024 stay had been excellent, with an immaculate room and very polite, helpful staff, and everything felt easy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and hospitality remains a real strength, a 10/10 for service and friendliness. Hygiene gets about 5/10 this time. Aside from that issue, it's a pleasant place with genuinely caring staff. Despite the setback, I'd still consider returning because of the team's warmth and professionalism.

Our team visited Altruist recently. The food was good, but we were disappointed by the service, and the rooms weren't in satisfactory condition.

I spent almost a week here and found it quiet and clean, with very good service. The food is really good too, so there's no need to order from outside. Tell them in advance what you'd like to eat and they'll make it for you. I highly recommend staying here.

I booked a room around 1 AM and one staff member was really helpful. Since I was running late, I ordered food online, and he had plates and a water bottle ready for me. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, with a cooperative and helpful staff.

The internet is so slow you can't even attend a meeting, and there's no laundry service. Worst hotel.
