The receptionist's unwelcoming, unhelpful attitude made the stay unpleasant. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and didn't give me proper help. I hope the hotel reconsiders its staffing so guests have a better experience.

It's a decent hotel with decent service, about a five-minute walk from the metro station. I had a good experience and recommend it to people traveling for work or staying briefly.

The surroundings stink, the room is bad, and the service is poor. Not recommended at all.

8/10
Rooms are small, which is common in that area, but the AC works and the premises are more or less clean. Staff are friendly, and the service is quite good, though you can't expect five-star treatment. The location is great, with almost anything within a five-minute walk. One of the best budget hotels in the area.

There's no food at the hotel or complimentary drinking water. The room is small, and the price is high.
