Our experience was horrible. The bed sheets were stained with sperms and the curtains were burnt, putting women's safety and security at high risk. The staff member was arrogant and tried to bribe us through his own sense of negotiation. It's shameful that a reputed company like "make my trip" gave us a room that mostly represents a room intentionally used for illegal activities. If you're visiting Kolkata, this is a big no for customers. It's no less than advocating a red-light area. I wonder why anyone would book this room.

One of the staff members was annoying and knocked on our door three times without any serious reason. The staff in general barely smile, and their behavior is the only negative point. The rooms are very nice, the amenities are good, and the location is very good. Apart from that staff issue, there was no problem.

The room was disgusting, and the oyo office staff misled me. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are spacious, but don't be swayed by the reviews or photos. The location, service, and hygiene were all terrible, like at many hotels.

Booked through OYO and paid ahead, but the hotel wasn't there when I went. I got no refund either. These people are fake.
