The manager’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy toward guests. Service overall was very poor, and staff seemed untrained. Complaints and requests weren’t handled properly; the manager’s attitude only made things worse. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I hope the owner looks into this seriously and considers changing the current manager. This kind of behavior can damage the hotel’s reputation and drive guests away. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves its service standards.

I went with my wife and the treatment was extremely bad. The person at reception had a terrible attitude, didn’t listen or speak properly, and wouldn’t take online payment. He told us outright to find another hotel and used bad language. This place is absolutely terrible. I strongly suggest no one go there with their wife or girlfriend.

The rooms are pathetic, the service is extremely poor, and the staff act as if they own you. I was so wrong about this being a good hotel. If you’re visiting kolkata hoping to have a great time with your loved ones, family, or friends, this place could ruin the whole mood. Worst hotel in the entire kolkata.

Getting to shops and other places was easy, and the staff were good too. I had a good experience.
