I'd stayed at this resort once before. When I booked it again for another trip, I was hit by major fraud and lost ₹40,000.

The number listed on Google is a fraud. We called it and were asked to pay by UPI. Since Fern is a brand, we paid 4500, but then they refused to give us a receipt and said they couldn't proceed with our booking. Please be careful before booking!

The meals were the highlight for me. The sous chef's skill came through in every dish, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and careful presentation making each meal memorable. I had a fantastic holiday stay, with a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality from the moment I arrived. The accommodation was pristine, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended for a luxurious, unforgettable holiday.

We spent two days here and it was just the staycation we needed. The kids had room to enjoy themselves, and the buffet offered a good spread. Our room was beautiful and had a good view. Staff were courteous throughout and happy to help with even the smallest query. The food was good too. A very good stay and experience, I'd gladly recommend it.

There’s plenty of parking, and kids have their own play area in this kid-friendly place. Staff were incredibly supportive, the rooms were immaculately clean, and the valley view beside the pool made for a pleasant atmosphere. The food had a delicious variety, especially at the buffet.
