We were so annoyed that we couldn’t spend even 10 minutes there. The property manager was unprofessional and didn’t know how to deal with customers. He refused to provide lunch, saying food had to be ordered before arriving at the resort. I’d booked through oyo rooms, but it wasn’t a beachside resort either, since you have to walk from the property to the beach. I couldn’t get a refund from oyo, and their customer service didn’t give me a helpful answer.

There were only two staff members, so service was limited, and the geysers didn’t work in any room. The place is a kilometre’s walk from the beach, in a deserted area where transport is overpriced. oyo has badly misrepresented it. The hotel itself is much cheaper, but oyo sells it at an inflated price. They should at least promise what they can actually provide.

Think twice before booking. I reserved a room on the oyo app and called the property manager to confirm it. On the day we were due to check in, he called to say the hotel transformer had a problem and there was no electricity. I checked by calling from another number, and then he said all the rooms were booked. Typical cheaters. Book this property at your own risk.

The sea beach is only about five minutes away, and the ambience was awesome. Management was excellent, and the rooms were large and nicely furnished.

A peaceful spot by the beach, with really friendly staff. Seems like a good place to celebrate a special occasion.
