OYO 71057 Hotel Nand Palace

I paid the full amount in advance after booking through an OYO representative. The executive clearly explained the restrictions, including whether local IDs were accepted and whether the place was couple friendly. But when I arrived to check in, the hotel staff refused me because of my local ID. The worst experience. I'll never use this application again.

You may find this hotel acceptable if you're on a budget and can manage with less service than you'd expect. It won't meet your expectations, though. If you're coming with family, please don't book this shabby place.

There was a rat in the room, the flooring was terrible, and there was no privacy or sense of safety for couples. You could see the beds from the door and the window, and there weren't any curtains. Then, at checkout, they asked us to leave a five-star rating. One of the worst hotels I've experienced.

They refused to let me check in when I arrived and asked for extra money. A complete fraud, don't waste your money booking here.
