The food was simple, fresh, homely and satisfying, and the price made it good value. Rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable enough for a quiet night after sightseeing. There’s no luxury here, but the practical basics are covered, including hot water, basic amenities and cleanliness. Staff were approachable, polite and helpful. They dealt with requests promptly, and their local tips came in handy. The location gives easy access to the main market and popular attractions, while staying calm enough to relax without constant noise. For the price, it delivers the clean, safe, comfortable base you’d hope for in Mount Abu. It suited the needs of a family, a couple or a solo traveler exploring the area.

Being on the outer side of town meant starry skies at night and a gorgeous view of the Aravallis, plus a beautiful sunrise if you get up early. The location may feel a little far from the centre, but if you prefer some seclusion and have a personal vehicle or can take a cab, hotel castle rock gives you access to town as well. I stayed from 31st December,2025 to 2nd Jan,2026. Our room wasn't the best, but it was decent enough. The bathrooms were clean, and I appreciated the attached changing room. The food was pretty decent and not too spicy, though it took a while to arrive. Staff were polite and well mannered, and check-in and check-out were easy.

The food was a highlight, with every meal we had being delicious and excellent quality. We recently spent two days at Castle Rock Hotel, and from start to finish the staff were attentive and helpful, making sure our needs were met with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay comfortable. It’s a great choice for a relaxing break or as a base for exploring Mount Abu. 😍

The staff were the best part for me: well trained, polite, calm and respectful. They only said what was needed and gave you room to yourself. There’s an in-house café with a simple menu and reasonable prices. I’d eat there if you have a sensitive stomach. It’s a peaceful place facing the mountains, with sunrise and sunset views from the property. A nice spot to disconnect from city life. Rooms are affordable. The standard AC room is decent if you’re just coming back to sleep after exploring, but choose the Deluxe room if you want to relax at the hotel. I had a great two-day stay and would come back for a peaceful nature break.
