The photos on Google don’t match the rooms, which were dirty and untidy. We were traveling with family from abroad and had booked and paid through AGODA, but when we arrived at 11:30 pm they refused the booking. We had to pay again at the last minute to stay. There was no towel, drinking water, or hand wash; the bedsheets were unclean, the blanket was torn, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Cleanliness was zero.

The hotel’s location was the only good part. We’d booked a month ahead, but they refused to give us a room at check-in. Instead of getting one at 11 AM, we waited until after 9.30 PM. For an hour and a half they gave us just one non-AC room to freshen up, and management wasn’t cooperative even though we’d paid in full before receiving a room. They charged Rs. 2155 for a terrible AC DELUXE room (308): shabby, poorly lit, with an untidy-looking bedsheet and an old window AC with no remote. The almirah door wouldn’t lock because it was broken, and neither would the broken bathroom door. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, and the two chairs looked old and unclean.

After booking online, we arrived late at night and the manager told us not to work with Ojjo without listening to us. We had no choice but to pay again for a horrible, dirty room with lots of cockroaches on the bed. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The manager is a thief and a liar. The worst hotel in Mumbai. Go elsewhere, you’ll waste time and money on a terrible Mumbai experience.

The hotel is right near Bandra station, so it’s easy to reach by train or bus. The rooms were clean, and the bedsheets and towels were neat as well. I had a decent time there, and it was a good stay overall. Recommended for couples.
