For just 350 Rs, the dormitory includes AC and lockers, with AC running from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. The toilets and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. It's a neat guest house with pocket friendly charges.

A practical budget stop for business travelers passing through. The beds are arranged dormitory-style in a hall, divided into sections by partition boards. It has central air conditioning and ceiling fans, but the bathrooms are shared by everyone, so there's no privacy. They accept all cards and provide an invoice. Check-in and checkout are from 9pm to 9am.
The location near Mumbai Central station is good, but there's no food service, so you have to arrange meals outside. The photos are framed so you can't see the full picture, which feels misleading. This is more like basic lodging for migrant workers and small business people than a hotel. A large hall has been split into tiny compartments, with three shared central AC units and bathrooms for 30-40 people. The rooms felt cramped, the sheets weren't clean, and there were bedbugs. It was a painful night. The Indian-style toilets were available, while the Western ones seemed to be there in name only. Staff weren't cooperative. I only got into my room after 1.5 hours of arguing, and whenever there was a problem they kept saying, "We not enforced you to book this hotel its your fault not ours". I booked for a Sept-2018 stay in Mumbai, and this was the exact opposite of "Fall in love at first site". I'd strongly advise girls to avoid this place. Boys might manage it once.
There are too many beds packed into a small space, with no privacy, and the AC only runs at night. It was really uncomfortable and not clean. I found a much better dormitory in sakinaka for the same price, though distance does matter.
The locker setup is good and the maintenance is better than at other places, but the rate of 400 for 24 hrs feels too high. You need to bring an extra mini locker for your charging box. The AC temperature is low at night, too.
