The staff were nice, and the location is the best part, right in Lokhandwala with everything close by. We stayed a couple of months after the hotel had opened, I think. The walls had fresh paint and the bed looked fairly new, especially the sheets, though I don't know what was under them. Our room had no outside window. We came back around 11pm each night and left between 8 and 9am, but still missed having a window. The bathroom was okay, but it didn't seem clean enough despite daily room cleaning, especially the bathroom. No toiletries were provided, which is understandable for this kind of hotel. The TV didn't work, though we didn't report it, and the mattress wasn't firm enough for us.

The hotel is right beside the market, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. I’d recommend it for either a short or long stay.

We had a good experience at the hotel with our family. The staff were cooperative, and Mr. Santosh was especially efficient and helpful throughout.
