Fabhotel Gorrion International

We couldn’t stay even briefly. The place was so bad that we cancelled and requested a refund through Agoda.com. The photos we took clearly show what it’s actually like. We booked through Agoda.com, and as someone who travels often, I’ve never been so disappointed. The online pictures are misleading, and the location is extremely bad, dirty, and poorly maintained. Just being there wasted our valuable time. A truly terrible experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The hotel’s front looks poorly maintained, and management was extremely weak. The room was unhygienic, with cockroaches on the bed, a urine smell from the bathroom, unpleasant odors, and dirty linens. My friend got trapped in the bathroom for almost three hours because the lock was faulty and was suffocating inside. Staff showed no urgency: the manager wasn’t available, housekeeping couldn’t open the door, and they kept saying “the carpenter is coming”. I suggested breaking the glass, but nobody acted. This was a terrible and unsafe stay. Strongly not recommended.

The stay was noisy and chaotic, with unpleasant smells everywhere. Wi-Fi and room service, both advertised facilities, were unavailable or didn’t work properly. The staff behaved very unprofessionally and suspiciously, making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Many seemed like scam artists trying to trick guests and overcharge for basic services. Hotel Gorrion looked nothing like the online pictures. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled awful, while the bedsheets and bathrooms were unhygienic. It was clear proper cleaning hadn’t been done for a long time. The photos are fake, the place is unhygienic, and the staff are dishonest. I strongly recommend everyone avoid booking under any circumstances. It’s a total scam and waste of money.

The reception was dusty, and the place was badly kept. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make improvements.
