Nice staff and good value for money. I stayed one night recently with a friend. If you’re Malaysian, the embassy is only 1.2 km away, so you can walk there.

The staff were courteous and friendly, and responsive when we needed help, though things were slow to get resolved. The rooms were neat but had loose fittings, and the corridors got crowded despite the energetic atmosphere. The spa was average and could be better organized. It’s an okay place for a short visit, but upkeep needs attention. I’m not sure I’d book again.

It’s centrally located, but the rooms are dirty and the staff are rude. You can find somewhere better.

This was the worst hotel I’ve visited. They discriminated against us because of our religion, saying the law doesn’t allow people of different religions to stay together. I don’t know what law they meant. My boyfriend and I are from Goa and had come for business, but they also brought up age as an issue. I’m 20 and he’s 25, and I don’t understand where they got the idea that people in their twenties are underage in India.

The owner and staff behaved well, and the service was very good.
