I paid 550 in advance after the receiver at the FabHotels site told me to and assured me a confirmation email would arrive soon. I'm still waiting for that email, and the reservation was cancelled too. When I asked for the advance back after the cancellation, they told me advance payments are non-refundable. I've kept calling, hoping to get my refund. For me, it's about more than the money: these people are openly robbing us, and I won't be part of it.

When the boy opened the room and turned on the lights, I saw dozens of cockroaches on the furniture and bedside tables. The linen was unhealthy too, so I ran off to another place. The open passages were hard to climb in the summer heat, and there were no lifts. I booked an executive room through the Fab hotels call center after sales staff member Raja assured me it would be neat and clean. I paid 599/- in advance. At reception on the 1st floor, they showed me a room on the 2nd floor. Forget sleeping, this FAB hotel was filthy and bad for health. I hope Fab refunds my 599/-. I'll never trust Fab hotels again.

The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was tiny. There was barely room to bathe, and the washroom had a complete leak.

There was no parking, which was a definite drawback for me. The rooms are decent, but the place feels congested inside a complex, and you have to walk past several shops to get there. With Mumbai's usual rush, I found it acceptable.
