The room was in very bad shape, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. The water supply was poor too, with little pressure from either the tap or shower.

After driving for 18-20 hours, we reached around 1 AM, and I was relieved we could leave as soon as possible. We had planned to spend a night in Nagpur on our way from Bangalore to Prayagraj, and I picked this hotel after reading several reviews. The whole place felt shady, with construction underway and not a single other guest anywhere in the hotel. Only one caretaker, who was also the watchman, was there. He didn't know about our booking and had to call several times to get guest and room information. We'd booked a premium room, but there was no attached toilet. We were told to go outside the room to shared washrooms, which were filthy and smelly. The room smelled too, and the bedsheets were dirty. I said I couldn't stay there, so they moved us to another room, changed the sheets, and cleaned the bathroom then and there. Even that room and bathroom hadn't been in a condition for anyone to stay before they did that. While the caretaker was putting on the sheets, I asked whether they were changed after checkout. He said couples came for a few hours and left, and that was why things were like that. I wouldn't have stayed if I hadn't arrived at 1 AM after that long drive. Don't book here. The government should revoke the licenses of hotels like this for giving false information and making customers suffer. I didn't take photos because I just wanted to get up and run from that place.

The furniture was very old, and the bathroom was completely unclean. There's no lift or in-house Indian food, and it wasn't good at all.

If you're looking for a budget room, I'd suggest the Economy Room at Hotel JK Lions. The cleaning was excellent, and even the common washrooms were clean and well constructed. I had an extremely wonderful stay. The receptionist was helpful, and both receptionists were great in how they treated and communicated with guests.
