Paying extra for a super deluxe room and ending up in a standard one was bad enough, but the room had problems too. The AC barely worked, everything felt unclean, and the bath towels were dirty. The management showed very little care for us as guests. I wouldn't choose this hotel again, and I'd advise others against it.

The staff were polite, and the stay felt pleasant for the price. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, basic amenities, and everything kept in good condition.
