We arrived around 2-3 at night, and they were available all the time. Everything we asked for was taken care of in about 10 minutes. They even kept my dog's cooked vegetables and my juices in the refrigerator and brought them back by morning. The place is pet friendly, with a big terrace on the first floor where my dog happily played. There were plenty of families with pets, too. They also had a few cows, though I can't remember what that place is called. Worth checking out near nashik if you're looking for a pet-friendly place to stay for a couple of days.

The view of the city from my room's window was great, and the room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. Hot water was available. We stayed for two days, and the staff were polite and very cooperative.

The pictures made the rooms look cleaner than they were. The mattress and pillow cover were filthy, and the man at reception was very rude and had no manners.

We ended up paying 500 rupees extra to stay in a room meant for five, with just one attached bathroom and toilet. The two rooms we'd booked were filthy, and the toilets were as bad as public toilets. When we asked for a change, they first said only two rooms were left; after we kept insisting, they showed us other rooms that were no better. At first, staff had asked us to inspect the rooms before checking in. When we said we'd already paid, they said we shouldn't have. The rooms were totally unlike the photos on the agoda app. We contacted an Agoda representative, who said they'd tried to reach the property owner but couldn't, and couldn't issue a refund either. Unfortunately, we had to take the larger room and pay the extra 500.

Rooms were clean and affordable, and the staff behaved very well. All kinds of transportation are available within walking distance. A very good hotel overall.
