We left Oyo 1153 skylark Goa by 9 pm on the day we arrived, after telling reception we were checking out. They said the checkout was done, so we left. Our refund still hasn’t come through, even though it was promised, and the issue remains unresolved. Our family business trusted oyo for a long time, but this experience has ended that trust. We won’t recommend oyo to anyone. The room looked nothing like the photos. There were spider webs in the toilet, the towels were very dirty, and the bedsheets hadn’t been cleaned. The service was very poor for the money and time involved. 1153 SKYLARK will damage Oyo’s reputation. Thanks for the terrible service.
