Hotel Shree Hari

We attended a wedding function here, but the hospitality was very poor. The bedsheets and blankets had an odor, so they didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. There was a strong unpleasant smell in every washroom, with poor ventilation and hot water that wasn't working properly. When we asked for cleaning, they only sprayed perfume and said it was over. Even the tea and coffee tasted bad. The service fell well below what the price and standards should be.

Parking is a big plus here, with more space than other places. The staff are cooperative, and room service was very good. The food tastes great too.

A really nice hotel for this location.

The staff we met in the restaurants, lobby, housekeeping, and among the drivers were all fantastic, and the General Manager was great too. Service and hospitality were impeccable throughout. Our rooms were gorgeous, the hotel itself beautiful, and the food exquisite. I wouldn't hesitate to give Hotel Shree Hari five stars. If you haven't had this experience, you've missed out. It's definitely the best place to stay in and around Orai.
