We stayed here on 25/12/2025, and it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The building is very old, damaged and poorly maintained. The Google photos are misleading and don’t reflect how disappointing it looks in person. Service was bad from arrival: no proper food facility, no support, and staff who took no responsibility. We paid extra for another bed, but were told it wasn’t available, then given a torn, useless one that should have been thrown out ages ago. The blanket was filthy and had cockroaches, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. The reception manager was careless and unprofessional, with no courtesy, accountability or proper response. A total waste of money. Avoid booking if you don’t want stress, poor hygiene and no service. One of my most frustrating, regretful stays.

Working with this hotel was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t send guests there. Our booking was shared four months ahead, but the four rooms ended up on four different floors. Staff, including the GM, seemed insufficient and untrained. The restaurant wasn’t operating, yet they accepted a booking with dinner and breakfast, then refused to refund even a penny for the services they didn’t provide. Mr Ankit, GM Operations, do not options. These hotels are a slap in the face to the hospitality industry.

I checked out at midnight after a disgusting stay at this smelly, dirty hotel. There were no staff around when I left. The lift was faulty and made too much noise, there was no kitchen or food, and the manager acted as though giving us one bottle of water was a favor. We went on 11 jan. 2026. No basic amenities, no service, and I can’t recommend it.

My family and I stayed at hotel Santra Beach Resort Azhahimala, and I’m so happy with their behavior and services. Everything and all the services during our stay felt so exotic that I can’t express it. I’ll remember them for the rest of my life. Saritha provided all the amenities and cooperation.

The rooms are good, but the owner was really rude and arrogant, which made this the worst experience for me. Anyone booking here should keep that in mind.
