Sea Gadabout - Seaside Stays

The stairs are worth mentioning, since there are a lot of them and they could be difficult for elderly guests. Also, beach road tourism activities can be disturbing. Apart from that, it was worth every penny for us. The room is small, but laid out well, with everything we needed and enough space to walk around. The balcony had an amazing view and we could watch a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was tasty, the reception was very good, and they were child friendly when I travelled with my infant. Most tourist spots are within walking distance. I've already recommended it to friends.

Rats were roaming freely in the kitchen at night, which is a serious hygiene concern. The location is prime and convenient, and the rooms are nice, well maintained, and have good amenities. But the staff need better grooming and hospitality training. Basic courtesies were missing, like welcoming guests when they arrive and making check-in and check-out smooth, including helping with luggage.

The stay felt worth the price. It’s a premium room with a private sea-facing balcony, and there’s a mini fridge stocked with soft and strong drinks for an extra charge. The property is only two years old, so locals may not know it well. Getting in means climbing steep stairs, with no lift, and there are more stairs up to the dining area. Their phone communication is very poor, so confirmations need regular follow-up.

We booked the sunshine 2 room, and it was big enough for our family of three, including our 3 year old, who had room to play. Some reviews mention small rooms, but that wasn't our experience. The sound of the waves all day was lovely and relaxing, and the spot is great for sunrise and quiet walks along the coast. Most of White Town's famous sites are an easy walk from here.
