Amba Heritage House

The staff were nice, the rooms were neat and clean, and the location was good 👍👍. A wonderful stay, definitely worth going for.

The smell hit us as soon as we entered the rooms. They were dirty and stinky, with broken walls and tiles, and the washrooms felt like public toilets. This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I gave it a star only because the process required one; otherwise, I wouldn't have given even that.

It rained during the night, and water came straight onto one side of the bed, soaking my shoes. The room and the bedsheet, pillow, and blanket were very dirty. I asked for a change and got another dirty bedsheet, but they didn't change the blanket. They also didn't provide a towel or welcome water. The room and bedding weren't hygienic.

At night, several drunk people came into the hotel and occupied our room. I was lucky to get out safely; otherwise, they could have killed us. We needed to file a police complaint but couldn't in the end because of time constraints. This place is a bewda ka adda, with all kinds of nonsense going on. Think many times before booking.
