Manager Mr. Shiva Mishra and Mr. Prince Mishra made sure things were well organized and guests felt at ease. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout, and service was prompt. Our room at Hotel Marriott Inn was neat and well maintained. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'd recommend it.

My room at Hotel Mariott Inn was spacious and comfortable, with top-notch amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It was one of the best hotel stays I've had, and I'd definitely come back.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and there was dust layered on the fan. No towel, shampoo, or soap was provided in the bathroom, and the wall-mounted handwash bottle by the sink was empty. When we asked for it to be refilled, a boy brought only two tiny Medimix soaps. Water was hard to get, and there was no breakfast or lunch service. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was a really bad experience. The high rating is what led us to book, and I’m amazed anyone rates this cheap hotel so highly.
