The only good thing was the helpful service and quick response. Room maintenance was terrible and the AC didn't work properly. There's a Wineshop beside the hotel, so this place is only suitable for Gents. I don't know why OYO's maintenance is so poor here. Booked through Agoda.

The staff were polite and the amenities were okay, but the furnishing could use improvement. My room had no air circulation because its windows were permanently locked, and I don't know why. I can't comment on the food since I chose not to have any during my visit.

Affordable place to stay in a prime location near Ram bagh prayagraj Railway station. The room service was good too.

Everything else was good, but Dish tv hadn't been recharged. The hotel is close to rambagh railway station, though some rooms, such as 102, are in very bad condition.

This is a lower class hotel with terrible service. It isn't suitable for families. Apart from boys, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
