I only stayed one night during a Raipur layover, and booked through MMT. Maybe I caught an offer period, since the rooms were that good, but I liked the place regardless. The beds were great, there were good food options, and the service backed it all up. It’s also well located in the city center. I’d recommend it.
The location and service were good, and the food was too. Everything else was fine, though the room interiors could use better upkeep.
The room was in terrible condition, and my experience was really bad. Don’t book through goibibo or another platform, they’ll give you a worse room even when better ones are available.
For the price, this was very good. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, study table, two chairs, wardrobe, tea kit, and electric kettle. The TV did work, but there were no channels to watch, which was disappointing.
The staff were humble and helpful, especially the front office team. My room was clean, and the food was delicious, nicely presented, and served on time. I had a really comfortable stay and will visit again.
