The rooms weren’t clean and were full of bed bugs. At 1200 rs, it wasn’t worth the money. The staff were awful, and I don’t think this hotel is suitable for families. If the owner sees this, please replace the staff with kinder people at reception.

The staff were extremely rude, and the maintenance was terrible. Everything about the experience was bad.

We booked two rooms online for our family for 1400rs, but at check-in the staff showed us dirty rooms with a bad smell that didn’t feel suitable for a family. When we asked for different rooms, they spoke rudely and said that for this amount, this was all they could give us. They told us to stay there or leave, saying they could give the rooms to someone else for 2000 rupees. We felt they show a low online price, then push guests to cancel after arrival, and don’t return the money. It was a terrible experience. The staff were arrogant and didn’t know how to treat guests. I’d avoid booking here if you need clean rooms or are travelling with family. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever come across.

This old, unhygienic room cost me ₹900, and it was dusty with no towel or blankets. The shower was missing, and there was no faucet for the closet. The water flow was so slow that filling a bucket for a bath took 15 minutes. Even a public bus stand bathroom might be better. Don’t trust the photos on OYO. It was my worst experience with OYO.
