Hotel Parvati Palace

Everything about the hotel was excellent: it was clean, roomy, comfortable, and offered good food and service. I thought it was great value for money and was very pleased with my short stay. I hope to come back for longer. The manager who answered my call was exceptionally polite. He gave me directions and a helpful map to the function I was attending, and arranged an early check-in.

The checkout time is 11am, even though check-in is at 12 noon. Our train was running a little late, and although we'd paid for a 23-hour booking and had used the room for only 1.5 hours, reception rudely told us to leave by 11. We had to rush out to meet their timing. There's no lift, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the second floor ourselves. Both things need attention.

The hotel has no food service, tea, or coffee, so you have to buy food and drinks elsewhere. There are no electric kettles in the rooms either. Service was poor, and some staff were careless. The manager in particular came across as rude and arrogant. Akash was helpful, and Ritesh was somewhat helpful too; the rest left little to praise. Hotel 🏨 Parvati is quiet, with generally spacious rooms, though the bathroom and toilet are small. Its location at Tehsil Choraha is very good, right opposite Gandhi Park and close to Mankameshwar Mahadev Mandir.

The sanitation was very poor, and the bathroom was dirty. The hotel is very far from kubreshwar dham, so don't book it if that's where you're going. I feel like I wasted my money. 👎👎
