The staff were friendly, polite, and cooperative throughout, and their quick service and warm hospitality made us feel well cared for. We had a wonderful stay at Zion Hotel. The rooms were neat, comfortable, well maintained, and had beautiful views in a peaceful setting. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the tasty food, with its good quality and homely flavors, especially breakfast and dinner. A pleasant place in Shimla for families and groups, highly recommended for the hospitality, food, and comfortable stay.

We could see the entire Shimla valley from our window, and the room was comfortable. Dinner had live music, which added a lovely touch to the ambiance. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. It was a memorable, delightful stay. Highly recommended!

The continental options need a lot of work, and breakfast does too. The Indian spread was still okay. We stayed two nights at The Zion in April 2026, and booking the panoramic view room was our best decision. The view was worth every penny, and the room was nicely decorated. The hotel is near Tara devi and very close to Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple. Staffs are helpful, the dining area is nicely decorated, and the terrace is another good spot for views of the Himalayas. I'd highly recommend the panoramic view room for a laid-back holiday.

The front desk was very good and got us the required floor. The room had amazing views and made for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Chef Bharat cooked wonderfully delicious food, and he's the best chef in Shimla. The Veg Burger, Kadhai Paneer, and Tandoori Aloo were especially good, must try.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to welcome us. Our room at The Zion Shimla had a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The hot water in the shower was excellent, a must for Shimla weather. Food was tasty throughout the stay. Dinner was a highlight with nice music in the background, and breakfast had an equally impressive spread. Highly recommended!
