The Baba Mandir is just 300 metres away, around a five-minute walk, which was really convenient. Our room was clean, cosy, and well maintained, and I slept well on both nights. It’s simple and comfortable, with what you need, and the price is hard to beat. I was really happy with the stay and would come back.

The room was clean and room service was good. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke Telugu, which made things comfortable for me. The hotel is near the temple, so it’s very convenient. Had a nice stay here in Shirdi.

Before booking, I spoke to "Ramesh," who sent old room pictures that were nothing like the actual room. We were charged 4000 a night for Room no. 104, and it felt like customers were being cheated. The stay was bad from start to finish. The bathroom bucket was broken, the sink tap head was missing, there was no hot water at all, and the room wasn’t clean. Nobody apologized or offered compensation before we left. Please avoid booking this hotel.

I booked 15 Rooms for a group at this property, which only has deluxe rooms, and there were too many complaints. The rooms were just okay, but the wash rooms were very dirty.

There was no hot water at all, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When I asked the staff for help, they gave unhelpful answers and did nothing to fix the problems. The service was extremely poor, with no sense that anyone took responsibility or cared about guests. I had a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic comfort or service.
