We’ve stayed at Balaji Sarovar Premiere for the seventh time now, and the breakfast service was warm and smooth. Mrinmoy, Guest Associate, coordinated everything and took great care of us while we dined. Restaurant Manager Mr. Mohanish Rana clearly leads with care and attention, making sure guests are comfortable and looking after his team. The whole hospitality team deserves credit for their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our stay and meals were memorable, and I highly recommend it.

Dinner at oriental blossom was a highlight, with extraordinary food and great service from the chef and his boss Mahesh. Mr.Vivek and his team gave us a reception that left me flattered and speechless when we arrived at this magnificent hotel. A few others took care of me and my family too: Mr .Biromani, Yadav, Capt chandrakanth, sai prasad, and Dipu. It’s been a wonderful stay. Kudos to the team, I recommend this place to everyone.

The buffet was one of the best I’ve had. The Chinese stir-fries and Indian naan were especially tasty, and everything was warm. Service was excellent, so I’ll be back for sure. Chef Shafiq, thank you so much.

Breakfast had a wide choice and was excellent. Mr. Gopal Mishra paid close attention to guests and made sure service at breakfast and dinner was good, which really improved our stay. Mr. Vaibhav was polite and gave exceptional F&B service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property was peaceful, a nice place to relax. We had a great stay.

The basement, where drivers were expected to stay, was filthy and poorly maintained. There were no proper arrangements for their accommodation, so we had to book separate lodges, adding cost and inconvenience. The rooms also have old, worn furniture and need significant refurbishment for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. We had shared the guest list and room occupancy details 10 days before check-in, but the hotel still failed to arrange extra mattresses. Our guests couldn’t settle down to rest until 1:00 AM. Luggage didn’t reach the rooms until 1:30 AM, and only repeated follow-ups got it sorted. The reception was understaffed, rude, and unprofessional, making check-in stressful for our guests. After 4-5 meetings with management, no one told us drones for photography or color guns for the Haldi ceremony entry weren’t allowed on the property. We had to cancel those arrangements at the last minute during the functions. I had my wedding here and absolutely don’t recommend it for hosting one.
